Hey friends!

Happy, happy March!  March is one of my favorite times of year and for many reasons — it’s my birthday month (which I share the same b-day as my dad!), it’s when the start of spring is in the air, and it’s my profession’s most favorite health observance — #NationalNutritionMonth 😛

If you follow me, you’ve probably noticed that I like to celebrate a good food holiday — ahem “National Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day”, I see you!  And what I love about celebrating a food day — or month, or week — is that for once, we actually allow ourselves to have fun and enjoy food instead of letting guilt, shame, or embarrassment creep in.  Are you smelling what I’m cooking?

Food holidays can be especially helpful in the kitchen.  In The Meal Planning Method course, I share the value of what I call “recipe starters” — which inspire your recipe research for the week.  (As much as I’d love to spend hours curating recipes to cook, I just don’t have that kind of time!)  A “recipe starter” could be anything from your favorite cooking magazine or food blogger, to leftover ingredients in the fridge OR… a food holiday!  Just check out all these awesome days I found on National Today to help inspire you and make your meal planning exciting each week.

Fantastic blog you have here but I was curious about if you knew of any user discussion forums that cover the same topics discussed in this article? I’d really love to be a part of online community where I can get comments from other knowledgeable people that share the same interest. If you have any recommendations, please let me know. Many thanks!

I wish to express my thanks to this writer just for bailing me out of this challenge. Just after looking through the online world and getting ideas which were not helpful, I assumed my life was over. Living devoid of the answers to the difficulties you have fixed through your main short article is a crucial case, as well as ones that might have adversely affected my entire career if I had not encountered the blog. Your personal expertise and kindness in touching every part was priceless. I don’t know what I would’ve done if I had not encountered such a subject like this. I can at this moment look ahead to my future. Thanks for your time very much for the high quality and result oriented guide. I will not be reluctant to propose the website to any individual who should receive assistance on this subject.
